AGM Window Cleaning – January 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all window cleaning and exterior cleaning services provided by AGM Window Cleaning.
Access & Appointments
We will send a text message the night before your scheduled clean to confirm we are attending. This also acts as a reminder to make sure gates are unlocked and access is clear, including clearing dog mess where applicable.
If we arrive and are unable to gain access due to locked gates or obstructions, 75% of the regular clean price will be charged, and only accessible areas will be cleaned.
If we are ahead of schedule and there are no access issues, we may complete the clean before sending a text message.
Weather Conditions
We clean in all weather conditions, including rain. Pure water cleaning dries clear and rain does not affect the final result.
Services operate all year round, including winter months.
Cleaning Method
We use water-fed pole cleaning with purified water. This allows us to clean windows safely from the ground and leave them drying clear without streaks.
Frames and sills are cleaned as standard unless otherwise stated.
Frequency & Skipped Cleans
We do not offer skipped cleans. Regular cleaning allows us to maintain consistent results and fair pricing for all customers.
One-off cleans and first-time cleans are charged at a higher rate due to the extra time required.
Pricing & Payments
First cleans and one-off cleans are charged at 50% more than the regular clean price.
Payment is usually made by bank transfer within three days of the clean unless otherwise agreed.
Cash payments must be made at the time of cleaning.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future services.
Arrival Times
Due to the nature of our work, we are unable to provide exact arrival times or time slots.
Liability
AGM Window Cleaning holds appropriate insurance. While every care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty seals, or windows already in poor condition.
Agreement
By booking a service with AGM Window Cleaning, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
